Amy and her team at March Hare Catering delivered an outstanding catering experience for a relaxed gathering of 40 guests, with their creative “Lazy Sunday” lunch concept. The inclusion of a vintage jacket potato oven, which both cooked and kept the potatoes warm, provided a unique and highly practical self-service option for guests.
The menu was thoughtfully complemented with a range of accompaniments, including garlic bread, grated cheese, butter, fresh salads, corn chips, salsa, sour cream, and guacamole. This combination ensured a varied and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Amy managed every detail with professionalism and care - her meticulous attention to detail significantly reduced any stress on my part, allowing me to fully enjoy the day.
