In 2023, we launched our first on wheels catering service with a beautiful Airstream trailer at the the stunning Grimsthorpe Castle, just off the A151 near Bourne. With a passion for exceptional food and warm hospitality, March Hare Catering brings the essence of field-to-fork dining to the great outdoors.

Whether you're grabbing a morning coffee, enjoing a seasonal lunch, or stopping by during a visit to the Castle, you'll always receive a friendly welcome from the March Hare team. With free parking and easy access before the ticket hut, it's the perfect place to relax and refuel wether it be a pit stop or a little break during your visit.

We are proud of our continued 5-star rating our commitment to delivering first-class service from our Airstream trailer. Our small, passionate team strives to accomodate dietary requirements wherever possible.

This year were proud to use a more field-to-fork approach , using locally sources ingredient's to create delicious seasonal dishes. Much of our meat comes directly from the Grimsthorpe estate it's self beef, venison & lamb.

Amy and her husband Brett the estates wild life ranger, have joined forces to develop mouth watering recipes using Grimsthorpe's own venison and other high quality produce. This hands on, sustainable approach allows us to offer food with low carbon foot print, full traceability, and exceptional taste, from the field, to our kitchen, to your plate.

We also serve a range of freshly prepared breakfast, lunch, buffets and afternoon tea dishes along woth off site catering for events, weddings and private functions.  In addition, we offer refrigerated and freezer trailer hire, supporting local businesses and events accross lincolnshire and beyond.
